WHAT IS IT? It is a special insertion of color in the skin.

DOES IT HURT?

A- We use topical anesthetics especially formulated for permanent makeup work. We are very sensitive to your comfort. There is very little discomfort for most people, and some even sleep through brow procedures. We will not continue to work on you unless you are pain free.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

A- Please go to the Services and Prices link. Remember this is a permanent to semi-permanent procedure. It is an investment in your looks, just like face laser resurfacing, or a face lift, or a teeth whitening process. When you weigh out the many benefits, the cost seems very moderate and reasonable.

CAN I CHOOSE MY OWN COLORS AND DRAW ON MY OWN MAKEUP THE WAY I WANT IT?

A- Absolutely. You will be checking the application of the procedure continually with a mirror and giving any input you desire.

HOW LONG IS APPLICATION TIME?

A- The actual application time, counting the numbing time, will vary, but usually averages about 2 1/2 hours. We do not rush this procedure.

CAN I GO BACK TO WORK OR OUT TO A SOCIAL EVENT RIGHT AFTER MY PROCEDURE?

A- As you will be slightly red and maybe a little swollen, with eyeliner or lip procedure, and the colors always appear darker and brighter right after, it is not advisable to plan a social event right after a procedure. For Brows or eyeliner, you can go back to work if you wish, but better to go home and rest.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO HEAL?

A- This will vary with procedure and individual, but eyeliner looks healed in about 5 days, brows in about 7 days, and lips, about 10 days. However the healing will actually continue for up to 6 weeks, but you will be unaware of this.

We would like be honest all the way, and make sure you understand that permanent makeup application is a process that may require 2 or even 3 sessions to complete. This will be explained to you during your consultation.
